Our project is dedicated to equipping young people with the entrepreneurial skills needed to create and manage social enterprises, with a strong focus on AI and digital innovation. As regions transition to greener economies, there is a growing demand for innovative, sustainable business solutions. Through this initiative, we aim to bridge that gap by providing aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and tools to develop green startups and social enterprises.What We Do
To achieve this, we offer a blend of online courses, in-person workshops, and hands-on learning experiences. Our key activities include:AI-Driven Capacity Building Course – A structured program teaching young entrepreneurs how to leverage AI for business strategy, operations, and sustainability.

Practical Simulations & Role-Playing – Engaging exercises that allow participants to apply AI and digital tools in real-world entrepreneurial scenarios.

Vadim Roshmanov, Chairman of AMOR
Vadim Roshmanov is the chairman of the Association for International Social Development (AMOR) and an expert with many years of experience in managing projects financed under the Erasmus+ program. He has made a significant contribution to the development of innovative educational initiatives and projects related to civic education and entrepreneurship. In addition, Vadim is an expert in artificial intelligence and a programmer of AI solutions, actively participating in the development of technologies for training and supporting young entrepreneurs. His work is aimed at creating digital platforms that connect business, academia and young innovators, stimulating technology transfer and the development of sustainable startups.

Since its inception, AMOR has had an important mission - to actively and purposefully support and develop the potential of different groups of people in Bulgaria, through its educational and social initiatives. Associate Professor Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Savina Mihaylova-Goleminova is a lecturer in Financial, Corporate and Tax Law, specializing at IBFD (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) and Oxford University (United Kingdom). She is Director of the Master’s Program, “Economics&Management of Public Resources”, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sofia University " St.Kliment Ohridsky", Bulgaria. She is a member of the Sofia Bar Association, IFA, and the EATLP. She has many publications in the field of Financial and Tax Law. She has experience in the public sector as an advisor to the Speaker of the Bulgarian National Assembly and its IPEX Correspondent ( 2005-2009), Interim Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria (2014), etc, having over 15 years of professional experience in projects, including those funded by the European Union. She speaks Bulgarian, English, Russian.

Marius Ignatonis is an expert in entrepreneurship and business education with almost 20 years of experience in the Lithuanian Practice Enterprise Network. As President of the Lithuanian Practice Enterprise Association (LIBA), he focuses on the development of innovative educational methods and promotes cooperation between the education and business sectors. His work aims to provide young entrepreneurs with practical skills and real business experience. Marius has successfully led multiple Erasmus+ and other projects from initial idea to successful completion, promoting hands-on learning methods and sustainable entrepreneurship.
“LIBA“ Lithuanian Practice Enterprise Association (Lithuania)
LIBA (Lith. Lietuvos imitaciniu bendroviu asociacija “Liba“) is a non-profit Association, founded in 2015 and providing support to the Lithuanian Practice Enterprise network. LIBA was created by a group of active people and organisations working with Practice Enterprise concept in Lithuania.
DATA PROTECTION POLICY OF
"AMOR"This personal data protection policy regulates how personal data is collected, processed and stored in order to meet the standards of the Administrator's organization and to be in accordance with legal requirements.
I LEGAL BASIS
This Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") is issued on the basis of the Personal Data Protection Act and its by-laws, as amended ("Bulgarian legislation"), and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR")
Bulgarian legislation and the GDPR provide rules on how organizations, including the "Center for Sustainable Policies Association", must collect, process and store personal data. These rules are applied by the Administrator regardless of whether it concerns data that is processed electronically, on paper or on other media.
In order for the processing of personal data to be in accordance with legal requirements, personal data are collected and used fairly, stored securely and the Administrator takes the necessary measures to prevent the processed personal data from being subject to unlawful disclosure.
The Administrator of Personal Data is familiar with and follows the principles set out in the GDPR:
-personal data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently;
-personal data are collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and are not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
-personal data are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
-personal data are accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;
-personal data are stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed;
-personal data are processed in a manner that ensures an appropriate level of security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by applying appropriate technical or organizational measures.
The personal data we collect may include name, telephone, position, email, contact address, official address, residential address, as well as any other information that is voluntarily provided by the data subject to the protection of personal data to achieve previously agreed upon purposes between the two parties.
The personal data we process are information provided by you that we need in order to be able to provide you with our services, as well as:
to keep information about our clients and employees up-to-date;
to analyze our performance and the services we provide;
to fulfill specific regulatory requirements;
II. POLICY AIMS
This Policy aims for the Administrator to:
-be in compliance with applicable legislation regarding personal data and to follow established good practices;
-establish the mechanisms for keeping, maintaining and protecting the accounting registers;
-establish the obligations of officials processing personal data and/or persons who have access to personal data and work under the direction of the personal data processors, their liability in case of failure to fulfill these obligations;
-protect the rights of staff, customers and partners;
-be open about how it stores and protects the personal data of individuals;
-establish the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unlawful processing (accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unlawful access, alteration or dissemination, as well as from all other unlawful forms of personal data processing);
-be protected in the event of a risk of violations.
III. SCOPE
This Policy applies to the processing of personal data of contractors, suppliers, customers and partners, as described in the electronic accounting registers established in accordance with this Policy, Bulgarian legislation and Art. 30 of the GDPR ("Registers of processing activities").
IV. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Categories of data and subjects
"Personal data" is any information related to an identified natural person or an individual who can be identified ("Data Subject"), namely:
The Administrator collects personal data in relation to the following categories of persons:
-persons representing the companies with which the Administrator has or plans to have business relationships;
-contact persons in the companies with which the Administrator has business relationships;
-persons who are interested in receiving information services
- newsletter, directories, etc.
Purposes of data collection
The Administrator collects personal data in connection with the implementation of the following purposes:
1.To carry out activities related to the conclusion, existence, amendment and termination of contractual legal relationships, including for:

Настоящата политика има за цел да определи мерките, които Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие”, ще предприема във връзка и по повод защитата на личните данни на всички физически лица, с които Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие” взаимодейства.

4. Предоставяне на достъп до видеозаписи на своите клиенти
Предмет на обработка от страна на Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие”
са следните видове и категории лични данни:

Обработката на личните данни се изразява във (същност на обработването):
1. Вписване на имената и е-мейлите на физически лица в списък на участниците за определен семинар или друго събитие
2. Вписване на имената, е-мейлите и телефоните на физически лица в списъци с клиенти
3. Вписване на имената, е-мейлите и телефоните на физически лица в договори с клиенти, доставчици и служители
4. Съхраняване на имената на клиенти, създали профили в https://eufundsforum.com/
Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие” предприема следните технически и организационни мерки за защита на личните данни, които администрира:
– Контрол на физическия достъп – защита срещу неразрешен достъп до помещения, оборудване и устройства за обработка на лични данни
– Контрол на електронния достъп – защита срещу неразрешено използване на системите за обработка на лични данни и съхранение на лични данни
– Контрол при въвеждане на лични данни – осъществяване на контрол от страна на Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие” от кого се въвеждат, променят или изтриват лични данни в система за обработка на данни
– Превенция на неразрешено четене, копиране, промяна или изтриване на лични данни в рамките на цялостната дейност на Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие”
– Предотвратяване на случайно или умишлено унищожаване или загуба на лични данни
– Бързо възстановяване (Член 32, Параграф 1, Точка „в“ от Регламента) – способност за своевременно възстановяване на наличността и достъпа до личните данни в случай на физически или технически инцидент, включително чрез създаване на back-up файлове съдържащи лични данни
Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие” обработва лични данни при спазването на следните принципи (чл. 5, параграф 1 от Регламента):
а) Обработване по законосъобразен, добросъвестен и прозрачен начин по отношение на субекта на личните данни
б) Събиране на лични данни за конкретни, изрично указани и легитимни цели
в) Свеждане на данните до минимум
г) Точност на личните данни и поддръжка в актуален вид
д) Съхраняване във форма, която да позволява идентифицирането на субекта на данните за период, не по-дълъг от необходимото за целите, за които се обработват личните данни
е) Обработване по начин, който гарантира подходящо ниво на сигурност на личните данни
Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие” гарантира, че лицата под негово ръководство, имащи достъп до личните данни, са задължени да спазват конфиденциалността на личните данни и имат задължение за поверителност. Задължението за поверителност на тези лица, продължава и след прекратяване на съответното правоотношение с Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие”.
Документацията, удостоверяваща обработката на личните данни в съответствие с разпоредбите на Регламента и на Закона за защита на личните данни, се съхранява, след прекратяване на взаимоотношенията със субекта на личните данни, до изтичане на съответните срокове, в които Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие” има право да съхранява информацията.
Субектите на личните данни, администрирани от Сдружение “Асоциация за международно обществено развитие”, имат следните основни права (Глава III от Регламента):
– Право на информация за личните данни предмет на обработка – принцип на прозрачност
– Право на достъп до личните данни
– Право на коригиране на личните данни
– Право на изтриване на личните данни (правото „да бъдеш забравен”)
– Право на ограничаване на обработването на личните данни
– Право на уведомяване при коригиране или изтриване на личните данни или ограничаване на обработването
– Право на преносимост на данните
– Право на възражение за обработване на данните
– Право да не бъдат обект на решение, основаващо се единствено на автоматизирано обработване, включващо профилиране
